No joke, this chicken will have your ancestors rolling in their grave.

There’s no secret that when you’re trying to lose weight Chicken becomes a staple in your meal preparation and planning.
◌
It can be relatively cheap, it’s an amazingly lean source of quality protein and it’s extremely versatile.
◌
The only downside is that it is pretty easy to over cook it, especially on a grill, where most people do it.
◌
Being in a caloric deficit sucks enough as it is, no point in having dry, nasty chicken to add insult to injury.
◌
So, the next time you make some chicken for dinner or a meal prep, use this simple method and thank me later.
◌
I can’t take credit for this recipe but I can vouch for it, having used it several times. Never will you have chicken that is more juicy.
◌
1. Slice breasts horizontally
2. Add olive oil, salt and seasoning to bottom of container.
3. Add chicken.
4. Repeat this until you have it all layered.
5. Add the acid of your choice (lemon or lime juice or apple cider vinegar, Italian dressing etc)
6. Shake then refrigerate for 4-24 hours.
7. Grill

What the heck does it mean? What do I do with this information!?

You grow, you suffer, you question existence and you get better.
.
AMRAP workouts are a style that hails from the CrossFit world but can be applied by mostly anyone with a desire to push their limits.
.
I will warn you, they are not for the faint of heart and the truth is, you will only get out of it what you put in which is true for any workout really.
.
Set a timer for your desired workout time. Check.
Set a goal for how many rounds you want to achieve. Check.
Get your ass to work!
.
If you're doing it right, about halfway through you will be questioning your own existence.
.
I have three different workouts above which are designed for beginner, intermediate or advanced.  Feel free to try them out soon and try to beat your score later.
.
AMRAP workouts are also a great way to test your progress over time.  Got three rounds this time? Shoot for 4 next week!
.
When utilizing these into your plan, I usually start people out with them once per week after a rest day or two.  For someone more advanced, twice per week would be sufficient, but keep in mind you will not want to do these every day due to the demand in energy it will take.
