The Celeste True Ending TAS has been improved by 12 seconds since last shown at SGDQ 2023! The aim of True Ending is to complete Farewell as fast as possible from a new file. This involves completing the game through Summit while collecting 4 hearts, beating the Core A-Side, and then clearing Farewell itself. This recording is the culmination of years of strat-finding and optimization, and was made by playing back an input script written through the use of savestates, frame advancing, and various other tools. Since this TAS was last shown, Core and Farewell inputs were primarily improved by Ayalyn, arti, Vamp, Socks, fishmcmuffins, aqmlyn, exopta, Cr33pyCat, cake, Haku, Hane, Mika, Tyran, and TheRoboMan.
